left out
in it, a woman stands at center stage, motionless. a man enters from the wings and approaches. after this introduction, she reveals the existential conundrum they face: they’ve “run out of left.” the man tries to return to where he came from and... he can’t. every motion is met with a metaphysical wall of force, keeping him in place. and thus, their fates are cast. the woman remains in place as the man stomps forward, promising to somehow restore order, make things right!
